The Disco Committee

The Disco Committee is comprised of the Grade 1A and the Grade 8 parent body.

Main objective

To organise and run the Disco Night after school in the school building.


Timeline

October - 
Due to the ever rising number of students, the Disco Night will be split in two parts:
- Grade 1A will organise Disco Night for Grades 1 to 4.
- Grade 8 will organise Disco Night for Grades 5 to 8.

Establish a committee and arrange feedback from a representative from last year's event.

Agree on a date to run the event, in agreement with school leadership. Last event was run on 6th March from 17:00-19:00. Same time period would be Friday 10th March for the next school year.



January-
Finalise overview of supervision and running of event - who supervise? who facilitates music/lighting/food/decoration etc.
