The December Concert Committee

The December Concert Committee is comprised of the Grade 4 parent body.

Main objective

To organise and run the December Concert in Asker kulturhus on December 14th, 2016.


Timeline

September - 
Establish a committee and arrange feedback from a representative from last year's event. Arrange for feedback from last year's arranger, identifying challenges and successes.

October -
Confirm the location of the December Concert and inventory what is needed for the event, specifying what activities will run.

December -
Week 1 - Communicate to parents, via the school about the structure of the event.
